Clients

A client is the homeowner/customer. Projects hang off a client.

Client name Google Drive folder (optional)

Leave blank and drive-sync will create the client folder under the ARIID backup root on its next run and fill this in automatically.

Tap ✎ Edit on any client below to rename it or change its Drive folder.

Projects

Client Project name Address Start date

Tap ✎ Edit on any project below to change its client, name, address or start date, or 📷 View photos to jump to that project's photo updates.

Subcontractors

Creates a real login. They get an email with a link to set their own password.

Full name Email Trade

Trade names the subcontractor's Drive subfolder inside each project.

Temp password (optional)

Tap ✎ Edit on anyone below to correct their name or trade, or 📷 View photos to jump to everything they have submitted. Use Email password link to resend or reset a password.

Admins

Super admins can add admins, make or remove super admins, delete logins and change anyone's email. Plain admins manage subcontractors, clients, projects and photo updates. Creating an admin sends them an email with a link to set their own password.

Only a super admin can add or change admins.

Full name Email

The last active admin cannot be deactivated, and you cannot deactivate yourself.

Assignments

A subcontractor only sees projects they are assigned to.
